STATEMENT
I have gone through life with smiles,imagination,humor and laughter, in my front pockets and
in my back pockets i have emotions,kindness,curiosity and observations.
So when I paint I mix everything together,it is here my art begins and ends with a smile.
I paint in many different ways, where i like to have my imagination run over the canvas as fast as i can in my mind,in reality
it can take one to two years to do a big work.
Fast decisions when i paint is necessary, mostly first thought is the right one,so i dont have to think of
any other things that could work,if it is so, i do another painting (smile).
Most of my works are usually well thought out, some are not at all,and every now and then my subconscious takes control over my brushes
that is interesting, it can even collide with my curiosity then it will be really fun.
Sometimes i just paint spontaneously with intuition and zero thinking.
The balance between colors and details is extremely important to me,otherwise everything falls apart.
My art is about life, different subjects that comes up in my thoughts.
With my art I want to spread joy and laughter,so if i can make the viewer smile and be happy for a few moments then i have succeeded.

Biography
Born 72 in Sweden self taught artist.
At age 31, after almost two decades of trying to destroy himself with alcohol. Suicide attempts,heart stops,homelessness and cancer (that cost him his right shoulder blade in 2004.) He involuntarily got the opportunity to change his life. He found meaning to live in creating art that saved him.Which started out as art therapy and still is today in a way.
Now many years later,he has developed his own very unique styles with his love for details and happy smiles,which is the biggest part of him - happy. He puts it in the art combined with emotional feelings, past, future, subjects of today,and much more.
Personal strong stories in a happy way, many characters eyes, smiles, faces in different modes. As the symbols of life ,hope and freedom. Everything is a inspiration for him today.
Emptying the mind is important and the only way is to make art of it.He weaves it together with big expression and strong acrylic colors, he makes the fenomenal details using a very small brush and patience.He use the arm he can't lift without support from the good one, which always brings physical pain.The need to paint is necessary no matter what.
The last years he have shown his art in exhibitions and art fairs in Sweden,Belgium,Monaco,
Shanghai,Hong Kong Netherlands,Italy and United States.
The thinner the line, the better the details.
